As a Partner Manager UK/IE for Berlin Acoustics, you are the central interface between the brand and our retail partners in the UK and Ireland.
Your mission is to build and scale our partner network, drive revenue growth, and establish Berlin Acoustics as a leading brand in the UK and Ireland. You will do this through strong relationship management, hands-on sales activity, and a consistent presence in the market.
Please note:
- The role is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK
- The role requires frequent travel within the UK (around 20%), with all travel expenses covered
- You will visit our Berlin HQ at least once per quarter (expenses covered)
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute the UK & Ireland partner strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth
- Build, manage, and expand a strong network of retail partners and dealers
- Identify and develop new sales channels and partnership opportunities
- Support partners on pricing, offers, and deal structures, and actively follow up on projects
- Maintain regular communication through check-ins, visits, and pipeline management
- Plan and execute product trainings, in-store activities, and local marketing initiatives
- Organise and represent Berlin Acoustics at key UK trade fairs and events
- Ensure effective use of the London showroom for partner meetings and customer visits
- Gather market insights and feedback to improve products, positioning, and processes
- Keep CRM systems (Odoo) up to date and support partners on after-sales topics
- Collaborate closely with our UK sales agent on partner acquisition and local execution
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the UK or Ireland
- Proven experience in partnership, channel, or key account management
- Ideally experience in office furniture, interiors, or a manufacturer-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on way of working
- High ownership, drive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Odoo or similar
- Interest in processes and continuous improvement
- Experience organising events, trade fairs, or similar customer-facing activities
- Fluent or native-level English
